Topics Covered: This interactive explores some biochemical evidence for evolution using the actual cytochrome c amino acid sequences of several animals. Students also classify animals and build a cladogram based on anatomy and compare this to the cladogram based on biochemistry. DNA, RNA, and Proteins are also discussed.
